Bill C-65, An Act to amend the Canada Labour Code (harassment and violence) is legislation that came into effect on January 1st, 2021. These changes affect all workplaces that fall under the Federal jurisdiction under the Canada Labour Code, Part ll.
We know that there is much more work ahead with regards to improvements to our workplaces. We hope this will help to improve both the mental and physical health of our members.
