This piece displays what I foresee the roles of organized labour to be in the future.

-On the left is to defend union members' current rights and stand with one another. Unions need to stand in solidarity in order to defend and keep the rights they have.

-In the middle is to lead. When new worker’s rights are needed unions must lead their members to gain these.

-And on the right is to help. Unions help people who do not have worker’s rights gain these rights through joining their union.
