For the NVP elections there is an issue with the mailout; the electoral identification numbers were missing digits. We have spoken with Simply Voting and they are unable to confirm the integrity of the process by those who have already cast their ballots.

Therefore we have stopped the process for the NVP elections and will resend the mailout to all members in good standing.  I recognize the inconvenience this has caused, however, we must maintain the integrity of the process.

For the delegate elections, there are no issues. These were only done through electronic voting and can continue.
