It is with great sadness and a heavy heart that CEIU would like to inform you of the passing of Jacques Perrin, CEIU National Vice-President for the NCR. 

CEIU would like to extend our most sincere condolences to Jacques' family, colleagues, friends, as well as to the CEIU members from the NCR, for whom Jacques worked hard to defend for so many years.

A really nice person that we will never forget.  Rest in peace dear Jacques!
