The 9^th CEIU National Human Rights/Race Relations (HRRR) Conference was held in Winnipeg, Manitoba from September 14^th to 15^th, 2019.  The conference theme was the following:  Honour, Respect, Recognize and Reconcile.

Three invited speakers as well as the CEIU National President addressed the delegates and observers in attendance.  Some resolutions were also debated and voted on by the delegates.  The resolutions that were carried will now be submitted to the 2020 CEIU National Convention.
