PARTIAL RESULTS
Last Friday, February 14th, 2020 was the deadline date to submit nominations for all CEIU National Vice-President positions.
With only one nomination received for the following NVP positions, the following members have been acclaimed in these positions:
• Debbie Morris, NVP for NL/NS
• Rhonda Rumson, NVP for NB/PEI
• Lynda MacLellan, NVP for Women’s Issues, Western Region
• Tricia Green, NVP for IRB
• Chris Gardiner, NVP for MAN/SASK
These members will begin their 3-year term at the end of the CEIU Convention, which will be held from September 11th to 15th, 2020.
CEIU wishes to congratulate the five (5) aforementioned NVPs who were acclaimed.
UPCOMING ELECTIONS
For the other NVP positions, more than one nomination was received and therefore, elections will need to be held, as per our by-laws. These elections will be done by electronic voting and will be held starting at 9 a.m. (EST) on March 18th, 2020 and until the closing of electronic voting at 9 p.m. (EST) on March 25th, 2020.

NVP for IRCC:

All IRCC members in good standing will be entitled to vote in this election.
