Courageous restaurant workers at the Rainforest Café in Niagara Falls have been seeking a first contract from their employer Canadian Niagara Hotels for over a year and have been on strike since April 7^th.

CEIU Ontario was hosting its Presidents’ Conference recently- also in Niagara Falls - and the delegates were eager to join forces with the Café workers and strengthened their picket line with a well-organized rally. 

At the Conference over $2300 was raised that will directly support these striking workers.
